June Lordi, Licensed Massage TherapistJune Lordi has been involved in Holistic practices for over 35 years. She began her training in Tai Chi Chuan in 1974 and Massage Therapy at the Downeast School of Massage in 1980.

She joined the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) as a charter member of the Maine Chapter in 1983. Shortly thereafter, June became the educational director and New England Conference chairperson in order to help bring in quality educators for the members.

An Early Focus on Sports

June started the Maine State Sports Massage Team and later passed the AMTA National Sports Massage Exam to become an AMTA National Sports Massage Team member. Later she participated on the National Sports Massage Education Counsel to test incoming applicants for the team.

For many years she organized therapists for the Boston Marathon and other state sporting races. Today she is a member of the South Carolina Chapter of the AMTA.

A Life with More Ease

In her active massage therapy practice, June’s focus is on pain management, injury rehabilitation, athletic performance, pregnancy and infant massage. June likes working with people to help them arrive at lifestyle adjustments that lead to a life with more ease!

She is nationally certified by National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and currently holds both South Carolina and Maine state licenses in massage therapy.

Her private practice, June Lordi Restorative & Rehabilitative Massage Therapy in Greenville, SC, specializes in stress and injury reduction through Swedish, Fascial and Deep tissue massage therapy techniques.

In June’s experience, Massage Therapy has been restorative to people of all ages and professions, from infant massage to athletic massage and from office workers to carpenters. Posture and lifestyle are key considerations when June develops massage therapy and stretching plans for her clients.
